General Terms and Conditions of Business:
In cases where individually selected accommodation has been booked, the Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen für die Hotellerie [General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry] (2006) shall apply.
These are available to you here for downloading. Payment for the whole arrangement shall be made directly via your accommodation.
In cases where an offer, an all-inclusive package and/or an additional service, such as for example a guided tour, has been booked, the Allgemeine Reisebedingungen (ARB 1992) [General Terms and Conditions of Travel] of the Fachverband der Reisebüros [Trade Association of Travel Agents] shall apply.
