You can sample Carinthian specialities made using products from their own alpine pasture, such as Fleischnudel (meat pasta parcels), Kärntnernudel (pasta parcels with traditional Carinthian recipe filling), Kletzennudel (pasta parcels with dried pears), Brettljausn (traditional snack served on a wooden board) and Kaiserschmarren (traditional dessert).
